The story

About Fearless Faith

Faith used to love adventures. Then one day, without warning, the worries crept in. What if I get hurt? Will I be good enough? What will the other kids think?

When the things Faith used to love start feeling scary, she does the bravest thing: she asks for help. With her mom by her side, Faith learns she's dealing with anxiety, but it doesn't have to win, because she always has a choice.

Fearless Faith shows young readers how to

  • Name what they're feeling and talk about it with someone they trust
  • Notice anxious thoughts, accept them, and let them go
  • Focus on the things they can control
  • Keep making brave choices, even when the fears don't disappear
